The Internet is a rapidly growing communications and information system largely free from regulation and every user interested in the Internet reaching its full potential would like to keep it that way. We expect all users of our EasyTwo IP service to use the power of the Internet responsibly. We disclaim all responsibility for the information which users put onto our server and are not the publishers of the information placed there. Please see the Disclaimer at the bottom of our home page which makes this clear.

However without liability we reserve the right to terminate the account of any client without notice if we in our opinion they misuse the service in any way. Such termination will be at our sole discretion and without any liability for any refunds to the customer or for any costs or other damages they may claim due to loss of the service such as loss of business. We further reserve the right to advise other Internet providers of our termination of the account of a client.

We expect the users of our EasyTwo IP service to adhere to the code: Legal, Decent and Honest. In general if we have cause for concern we will advise the client and resolve any problems amicably by mutual agreement.

Our pricing of the EasyTwo IP service is based on the customers site generating accesses roughly in proportion to the storage space taken. Should a client's resource generate so many accesses that our service to other clients suffers we reserve the right to ask the client to pay a higher monthly charge to pay for the increased telecommunications capacity required or to move the resource to some other server. This will be done in consultation with the client and with an agreed time scale so as to minimise problems for the client although we reserve the right to terminate a clients account without notice and without right to damages should excessive accesses to the clients resource seriously compromise our service in general.

We will make every reasonable effort to make the service available and accessible, but are not responsible for any loss whatsoever should the service not be available.
